Mike Burke is an investment professional with 20+ years of experience across hedge funds, family offices, and owner-operator execution. His work spans acquisitions, conversions, repositioning, and ground-up development across major metros and growth markets.
He brings a special situations mindset, pairing rigorous underwriting and risk management with hands-on construction and development execution. With direct experience managing architects, engineers, and GCs, he connects capital discipline with jobsite decisions on budgeting, value engineering, sequencing, and risk mitigation to deliver projects through stabilization.

Mirza Nagji
Managing Partner (Co-Founder)
Mirza Nagji is a real estate finance and operations executive with 20+ years across platform buildout, FP&A, capital planning, treasury, and institutional capital markets. He brings Wall Street rigor and an owner’s mindset to scaling real estate businesses.
He has led investor reporting and financial infrastructure, sourced and underwritten investments, structured debt, equity, and JV partnerships, and managed execution from acquisition through stabilization. His focus is disciplined delivery, clear reporting, and operationally efficient growth that supports durable returns.
